The night was silent,
The sea wanted violence.
The powerful waves,
Were washing the caves.
Trying to kill the strong will,
Of the people traveling on the deck.
Scaring the children making them cry,
Stalking the ships, traveling in the night.
Then I saw that dangerous wave,
Thrown by the sea towards me.
It just crashed into the ship,
The ship felt it like a whip
And broke into pieces.
Throwing men and women in the churning water.
Separating mothers and fathers from sons and daughters.
It got what it wanted,
And left us all haunted.
Hanging for dear life,
Hoping the nightmare would pass by the night.
And left us all haunted.
Hanging for dear life,
Hoping the nightmare would pass by the night.

Hi Swapnil,
Indeed words are very powerful and and you can take on every challenge of the world if you know how to put them to careful use...
Nice poems you have written...But I particularly liked Deadly Sea...the fury of the waves has been very well expressed.
Congratulations on the good work!
